KABE – Shipping Policy

By placing an order with KABE, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and protection for both our customers and our business.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is verified.

  • Standard processing time is up to 48 business hours before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Delivery timelines start once the order is shipped and exclude processing and customs clearance times.

Customer Responsibility for Accurate Information

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details at checkout.

  • Once an order has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend selecting secure delivery options when available.

  • You are responsible for providing any required customs information for import into your country. Failure to do so may result in delays, returns, or seizure of goods without refund.

Customs Clearance & Delays

  • Customs processing times vary by country and are beyond KABE’s control.

    KABE is not responsible for customs delays, inspection fees, or storage fees charged by customs or couriers.

  • Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and do not guarantee arrival by a specific date.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Once an order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.

  • KABE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once marked as “delivered” by the courier.

  • For high-value orders, KABE may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign, you must arrange redelivery directly with the courier.

  • International duties and fees paid to customs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages

KABE is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once tracking confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend selecting a shipping method with insurance for added protection.

Fraud & Chargeback Protection

  • By placing an order, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute

  • Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will be reported to the appropriate authorities and payment processors.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

US Shipping

  • For online orders within the U.S., we offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. 

  • For returns, we provide a prepaid label for the first return per order. Any additional returns will incur a $10 shipping fee, deducted from your store credit.

  • All returns must be dropped off at an authorized courier drop-off location

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization. Items received after this period may be refused.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

International Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to duties, VAT, and/or import fees determined by your country’s customs agency.

  • These charges are not included in your total at checkout.

  • All duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • We are unable to mark packages as “gift” or declare a lower value for customs purposes.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

  • If duties, taxes, or import fees are unpaid, the courier may refuse delivery and the package will be considered abandoned.

  • Orders that are refused or abandoned may not be eligible for refund or store credit.

  • If the courier cannot reach you with the contact details provided at checkout or delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be considered abandoned

  • If a package is returned to us due to refusal or non-payment of duties/taxes, all shipping charges (including return shipping fees) will be deducted from any refund. If the return cost exceeds the product value, no refund will be processed.


Product Restrictions by Country

  • It is your responsibility to confirm that the items you order can be legally imported into your country.

  • KABE is not liable for orders seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs due to import restrictions.

  • Return shipping costs for domestic orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns for International Orders

  • For online international orders, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $30 USD fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping.

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization. Items received after this period may be refused. 

  • International returns must be authorized by KABE before shipping; unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • All returns must be dropped off at an authorized courier drop-off location

  • Customer is responsible for all duties related to the order, in both return origin and recipient country. 

  • Any unpaid duties, if refused at delivery, will also be deducted from your total store credit.

  • We only accept 1 return/exchange per international order 


International return requests must be authorized by KABE before shipping back any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Currency Conversion & Payment Processing Fees

  • All payments are processed in USD.

  • If your bank account or payment method is in another currency, the final amount may vary due to exchange rates and bank fees.

  • KABE is not responsible for currency fluctuations or transaction fees charged by your payment provider.


KABE – Mexico Shipping Policy

  • For items shipping from Mexico, we do not accept returns, except for incorrect or faulty items.
