We want you to love your KABE purchase. While we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, our policies are designed to ensure fairness, protect product integrity, and prevent misuse.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for exchange or store credit only on full-priced merchandise when the following conditions are met:

Return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (online orders) or purchase date (in-store).

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original condition, as received.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for store credit.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Please email info@shopkabe.com within 12 hours of placing your order to request changes or cancellation. After this time, we cannot guarantee modifications.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All items are inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible: info@shopkabe.com, including photos of:

Hygiene & Quality Standards
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn clothing, shoes showing signs of wear, or any items with scents, deodorant marks, makeup, or other residue. Items returned in such condition may be returned to the customer and not accepted for return.
Shoes

Try shoes on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

All original packaging, including dust bags and shoeboxes, must be returned.
Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
Final Sale Items
Jewelry, swimwear, beauty products, and all discounted or sale items are Final Sale, not eligible for return or exchange.
Purchases made during promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are Final Sale unless otherwise stated.
Multiple Returns Per Order
We cover shipping for the first return or exchange per order. Any additional returns or exchanges are at your expense. A $10 shipping fee may be deducted from store credit for additional returns.
Processing & Store Credit

Once your return is received, allow 4–5 business days for processing. You will receive email confirmation once processed.

Store credit is valid for 365 days and may be used online or in-store
Sizing
Please refer to our Size Chart for guidance. This chart is intended as a general guide, and fit may vary depending on individual body shape and preference, so it may not match exactly how an item appears on the model or in the product description.

Gifts
If you are sending a gift, please email info@shopkabe.com with your order number after purchase so we can include a packing slip without prices.
Items purchased as gifts may be returned for store credit only, equal to the original purchase price.
GLOBAL RETURN POLICIES
Returns for US Domestic Orders

We provide a prepaid return label for the first return per order. Any additional returns will incur a $10 shipping fee, deducted from your store credit.

All returns must be dropped off at an authorized courier drop-off location
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization. Items received after this period may be refused.
Returns for International Orders

For online international orders, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $30 USD fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization. Items received after this period may be refused.

International returns must be authorized by KABE before shipping; unauthorized returns may be refused.

Any unpaid duties, if refused at delivery, will also be deducted from your total store credit.
Returns for Mexico Orders

Due to logistics, returns are not currently available for orders shipped from our Mexico location, except in the case of incorrect or damaged items.
Currency & Exchange Rates

All payments are processed in USD.

If paid in another currency, the amount will be converted at the exchange rate in effect on the day the payment is processed.

Exchange rates may vary and are determined by your payment provider.
Right to Refuse Service
KABE reserves the right to refuse transactions, returns, or exchanges from individuals suspected of fraudulent activity or abuse of our return policy.
